The Office is open to all students at the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The office offers academic and individual activity sessions to <strong>help empower students to be successful in their studies<\/strong>. It also works with other offices and other student support centres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The office works to inform, educate, and advise students to help them in their studies<strong>, it supports them in becoming more efficient in their learning <\/strong>and helps them to successfully complete their study programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The office offers <strong>group and individual activity sessions about issues<\/strong> that students may encounter whilst studying.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The office organises a <strong>student mentoring system<\/strong> for first year students, where they are mentored by final year students who are on the same study programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When studying, it is normal for all students to have questions and concerns about their studies, especially in the first year. For instance, students may have questions about how to send an official e-mail to a member of the teaching staff, or about how to sign up for consultations, or about how to register for exams. They may also have questions about what is expected from them during their studies, such as questions about exams, or queries about how to find accommodation, and possibly even wider questions about student life. The workshop addressed the advantages and limitations of using ChatGPT in HEI\u2019s scientific, educational and administration activities. Among other concerns, ethical issues and responsibilities in the use of artificial intelligence were especially discussed among the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ffri.uniri.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-29.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the event <strong>&#8220;EU Info Day in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County &#8211; News in the World of EU Funds&#8221;<\/strong>, organized by the Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, held on February 8<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025. Zajc Rijeka,<\/strong> November 7<sup>th<\/sup> 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FFRI students visited the &#8220;Zajc&#8221; Gallery, got acquainted with the repertoire and history of the Theatre and, within the framework of the thematic meeting with the Theatre representatives, discussed the role of culture in society, current problems among young people, as well as topics that would be interesting to the student population in a theatrical performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ffri.uniri.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promotion of the Faculty at the <strong>Professional Orientation Day<\/strong> held on October 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024 at the Gymnasium in Pula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ffri.uniri.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-21.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the <strong>Career Week<\/strong> organized by the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, which brought together almost 40 professionals from 35 institutions across Croatia to discuss the &#8220;Role of Career Centers and Cooperation with Employers in (re)accreditation processes&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ffri.uniri.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the event entitled <strong>&#8220;EU Info Day in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County &#8211; News in the World of EU Funds&#8221;<\/strong>, organized by the Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, held on September 12<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024. Using psychodrama and drama techniques, students went through a process of exchanging experiences and mapping resources, becoming aware of the impact of burnout on their studies, but also on their overall quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ffri.uniri.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lecture &#8220;<\/strong> <strong>Psychological Factors in Academic Success&#8221;<\/strong>, March 14<sup>th<\/sup> 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture was given by the well-known psychologist Petar Nikoli\u0107, who in his work emphasizes the personal and professional development of young people. All the centre\u2019s services are free of charge.
