The main aim of the Quality Assurance Policy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka is to continuously monitor and improve the quality of all the faculty\u2019s activities. It works to stimulate stakeholders, so they take an active role and feel responsible about ensuring and improving the quality of the system.
This promotion of a quality assurance culture and the development of institutional mechanisms and procedures is carried out in accordance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Area of Higher Education. The quality assurance system involves the systematic evaluation, and continuous promotion of high standards of professional and vocational development, and includes all the different stakeholders in the faculty\u2019s work.
The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is responsible for the quality assurance and improvement system, who, with the help of the Quality Assurance Committee, manages and implements its activities and provides support to ensure its smooth functioning.
