Mission
We offer a high-quality and efficient education, promote student mobility, foster community engagement, and want our students to be at the heart of the learning process. The foundations of our study programmes are their learning outcomes. As is evident in the establishment of the Alumni Club and through offering lifelong learning and postgraduate programmes, we care about the continuing education of our students, as well as their employability. We promote excellence in scientific research and nurture the importance of our scientific disciplines through the publication and dissemination of our research, we encourage teacher mobility, form international collaborations, and engage in project activities.
Vision
We want to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society by introducing new study programmes and modernising already existing ones, by aligning them with the Croatian Qualifications Framework, and also monitoring the interests and needs of our students and the labour market. We want to be recognised in the fields of humanities and social sciences by developing high quality scientific-research projects, as well as increasing the number of doctoral study programmes and improving the quality of existing ones.
