Opening times for students (coming in person):
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m
- Wednesday: from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Pause: 10.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Note: Staff at the Student Services are unable to answer the telephone when they are working with students. During these time periods, students can contact staff at the Student Services by email – via the official AAI@EduHr address.

Information about Lost AAI Identity Documentation
When students enrol on the first year of their study programmes, they are given documentation about their AAI@uniri.hr identity. For those who have lost this, they can find more information here about how to have it reissued.
