Define the poetological characteristics of individual periods and authors. 6. Interpret literary works from different periods using the technique of close reading. |
BASIC LINGUISTICS FOR ENGLISH STUDIES | 1. Explain the primary linguistic concepts, approaches, and disciplines. 2. Describe the phonetic and phonological system of the English language. 3. Describe the morphological system of the English language. 4. Describe the syntactic system of the English language. 5. Explain the basic concepts of semantics and pragmatics. |
